BWCA Fly-in Trip
Itinerary
- Our clients receive advance personal
packing instructions & (if needed) information on transfers from
Minneapolis-St. Paul Int’l Airport to Anoka County Airport.
- Clients depart Minneapolis on King Air
200 late Friday morning to accommodate Major Airline transfers from
virtually anywhere in the United States & beyond.
- Arriving Ely at 12:00 noon &
transfer directly to BWCA entry point.
- Return from BWCA Monday morning for
return flight, arriving Minneapolis by 12:00 noon.

Deposits: A deposit of $500 per person for guided and outfitted trips is required to hold a reservation.
Your Equipment Responsibilities: You are financially responsible for any damage or loss of equipment rented from Moose Track Adventures during your trip and will be charged accordingly for repair or replacement of the item. Cook Kits MUST be returned CLEAN or charged $25.
Final Payment: Payment in full is required 30 days prior to departure of
trip. Please end check or money order.
Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation of reservation, deposit &
final payment are nonrefundable.
Refunds: There are no refunds for complete outfitting trips that end early, for equipment returned early, or for any unused food, transportation or accommodations that were reserved.
