What we provide in our housekeeping cabins:
Fresh linens, blankets, pillows. All of our cabins have full kitchens with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Each cabin has a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, gas range & refrigerator. All cabins have a deck, picnic table, charcoal grill and a firepit. Toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters and dish soap is also available. ***Please remember to bring your own kitchen towels & sponge/scrubbie for dishes & personal bath towels as they are not provided by the resort

Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of our Resort guests, we have the right to limit Day Visitors. We do this to protect our young guest and to help make sure there are no strangers at the Resort. Your cabin/campsite fees are only for those registered and do not include additional visitors, guest, neighbors or relatives. IT IS A STATE LAW THAT EVERYONE MUST REGISTER! Please make sure everyone you invite to our Resort is aware of our policies before they arrive and that they will be paying the fee at time of arrival. After registering at the lodge, we will show your visitors where to park their car in a designated area on the property. Also, you are responsible for all of your visitors. All visitors must leave by 9pm and cannot arrive any earlier than 8am. This rule is strictly enforced! The Day Visitor's Fee does not include dock space. Day Visitors are not allowed to bring dogs onto our property.
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a $20.00 per person per day (including babies) fee.

Renter will be shown the equipment prior to use and it will be examined at the end of use. Renter will sign & agrees to be responsible for and promptly pay for any damage to the equipment caused during the rental period.

***Renter also responsible for additional rental equipment rates/fees while the 'damaged' equipment is being repaired and is 'out of service' both during the renter's rental and any dates thereafter.

Deposits/Refunds/Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit for cabin accommodations is required within 10 days of making the reservation to guarantee (DEPOSITS need to be in personal check or money orders). Payment in full is required upon Check-In (CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS, CASH). Campsites require full payment at time of reservation. Cabins, campsites and rental equipment will be charged for the entire time reserved. No refunds. CANCELLATION POLICY - Deposits refunded only after all cabins are filled during your rental time at regular rate, less a $50 rebooking fee. (Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to our strict 60 day cancellation notice and refund policies, no exceptions.)

We accept MasterCard, Visa, money orders, travelers checks and cash. We will accept personal checks for Deposits and Final Payments only if received 30 days in advance.

***Please note that if a credit card is used at the time of paying the balance, a 3% credit card fee will be added to the invoice total

Lodging Rates quoted are subject to 6.75% MN Sales Tax, 3% Ely Lodging Tax & 3% service fee, all other rates are subject to a 6.75% MN Sales Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

2012 CABIN DEPOSITS - We are now accepting reservations for the 2012 season and do require the 50% deposit to be sent in a check within 10 days of making the reservation.

Pet Policy

As dog lovers, we welcome quiet, well-behaved dogs. Noisy dogs and dogs with antisocial behavior are not welcome. Please keep the following in mind:

• Dogs must be in your sight & under control at all times (not running around the resort unattended)!
• Dogs are not to be left unattended inside/outside the cabins or at the campsite (in a tent/RV/vehicle) - wherever you go/the dog goes (ex: you go in a boat/canoe - the dog goes with)
**** IF WE FIND THAT YOU HAVE LEFT YOUR DOG INSIDE THE CABIN/CAMPER/TENT UNATTENDED, YOU WILL BE DEPARTING THAT SAME DAY AS SOON AS YOU GET BACK TO YOUR CABIN/CAMPSITE - NO EXCEPTIONS ****
• You must clean up dog waste with a plastic bag and dispose in garbage can
• Dogs are not allowed in beach area
• Please clean up dog hair inside the cabins. If your dog is used to being on the furniture, please bring a blanket or sheet to cover our furniture
• You will be financially responsible for all damage caused by your dog.

If these policies are not followed, you will be asked to leave the premises IMMEDIATELY with no refund of rental fees, etc.

Pet Fee: Cabin: $20.00 per day (fees are per dog)
Campground: $5 per day (fees are per dog)

Directions to Moose Track Adventures from Ely

Once you have reached Ely, take 169 east through the center of Ely. From the edge of town go 1 1/2 miles to County Road 16 (Kawishiwi Trail). Turn right. Go approximately 4 miles and you will see our Moose Track Adventures road sign and driveway on the left. Welcome to our little piece of paradise!
